Economic Aspects

Economic factors refer to the lack of money that prevents people from confining themselves to their homes or doing work from home, such as the situation of workers in tourism, recreation, the informal sector or those with precarious jobs.

Moreover, people living in poverty or marginalization may be more vulnerable to infection because they lack the financial means, physical health conditions or appropriate hygiene to cope with the virus.

Other variables, such as the labour gap or the economically active population, are also taken into account. Low-income people tend to have other risk factors, such as sedentary and overweight, which makes them more likely to develop severe symptoms of COVID-19 and once infected, these people are more likely to die, due to limited access to health care, because of its high costs.

Tribute to the doctors who were fighting against the pandemic.

This is a dedication for all the doctors who were at the forefront of the pandemic and who gave their lives to save the lives of others. It has not been an easy road, yet they continue to struggle day by day to bring an end to this pandemic that has changed our lives forever. We as citizens and students will be eternally grateful for the effort they make every day and through this App, we want to contribute our little bit to make this process a little easier and with this avoid more contagions, Again we are so grateful to everyone who is striving to make a change and we hope to overcome this great challenge.

Thank you <3
